Operation Christmas Child

Volunteers with Operation Christmas Child will be in the Atrium with supplies and are ready to answer your questions

It is the most wonderful time of the year!

Operation Christmas Child is so excited to have YOU participate as a shoebox packer. Starting on October 16th our volunteers will be in the Summit Church Atrium with the supplies that you will need to start your boxes. These children in the United States and across the world are in such need of your generous giving of your heart. Most of these children have NEVER received a gift before. Bring children, family and friends over and pack boxes online together. We also have a opportunity to be generous and make some Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes online. We have a goal to collect 450 boxes online. Click here to curl up in front of the fire and make your boxes in the comfort of your own home.

This is a great opportunity to encourage your children to help those that are less fortunate. Summit Kids will be packing boxes during the 5:30pm and 9:30am services November 13-14th, so please consider donating items. Look for a large box near the Fellowship Hall to make donations. For ideas on what to bring click here: Official Shoebox Gift Suggestions (samaritanspurse.org) .

We appreciate your boxes of love and kindness.

Do not forget to pray for your shoe boxes and for the children in need who will be receiving them.

Our Heavenly Father, protect our gifts as they are traveling and help them to be received by the children that you have chosen. Amen.
